Brian K. Rokke
Brian K. Rokke graduated from Augsburg College Minneapolis in 1973 and UND Law School in 1977. After law school, he joined the Law Office of Jaroslav Kruta in Warren, MN. Mr. Rokke purchased the law firm in 1982. Mr. Rokke was in sole practice until 2015 when he joined with Donald Aandal to form Rokke, Aandal, and Associates. Mr. Rokke has many years of experience in real estate, probate, estate planning, and business organizations. He has probated hundreds of estates and assisted thousands of buyers and sellers of real estate in his 37 years of practice.
Donald Aandal
Donald Aandal was raised in Grand Plain Township in Marshall County and graduated from UND Law School in 1984. After four years of private practice, he joined the Ninth District Public Defender's Office rising to Assistant Chief Public Defender. In 2000, Governor Jesse Ventura appointed Mr. Aandal to the District Court Bench chambered in Warren, MN, but holding court throughout the Ninth District, principally in Northwest Minnesota.
In 2014, Mr. Aandal left the bench to reenter private practice and assume the duties of Marshall County Attorney as well. As a lawyer and judge, Mr. Aandal has been involved in over 300 jury trials, both civil and criminal, and thousands of court trials. He has appeared in court in every county of the Ninth District and many other districts.
Mr. Aandal has over 40 years of experience and concentrates in the areas of litigation, real estate, estate planning, mediation, and personal injury, in addition to his duties as Marshall County Attorney.
